Job summary

Bentley is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a £40m wastewater infrastructure project within a long‑term Tier 1 capital delivery framework in the water sector. You will be a client-facing leader with end-to-end accountability for safety, programme, cost, quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

The role requires substantial civil engineering project delivery experience, strong governance, and proven capabilities across design, construction and commissioning under NEC/FR frameworks.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering qualified or related discipline.
• Significant experience as Senior Project Manager on complex, multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects.
• Experience delivering major civil engineering or water sector programmes.
• Strong understanding of regulated infrastructure delivery, ideally UK water sector and AMP frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Provide full lifecycle leadership from concept to handover for a major project.
• Lead delivery of a complex, multi-workstream infrastructure project within a regulated environment.
• Establish robust governance, ensure compliance with framework, client and regulatory requirements.
• Own commercial strategy and manage procurement, change control, and forecasting.
