Job summary

Omexom UK in the Renewables England unit seeks a Project Manager to lead a high‑value multi‑discipline team and deliver a pipeline of projects on time and within budget. You will plan, execute, and close projects, coordinating resources and stakeholders to achieve defined goals.

The role requires strong leadership, safety and quality focus, and the ability to manage budget, health and safety, and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Third level qualification in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Extensive experience delivering £50m+ programmes of work in high voltage transmission.
• Ability to lead client and supplier partner teams.
• In-depth knowledge of NEC3 forms of contract.
• Experience in project planning, works management and stakeholder management.
• Strong leadership in large project and operational teams.
• Familiarity with CDM Regulations and leading project safety initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver assigned projects with full P&L responsibility.
• Develop strategies and budgets; lead, develop and support project teams to deliver high standards.
• Manage all operational aspects of the project including health and safety and quality assurance.
• Represent Omexom with internal and external stakeholders.
• Mentor assigned personnel and project staff.
• Present and report to stakeholders on operational performance and improvements.
• Lead and deliver projects in line with Omexom governance.
• Assist with bid management, tender reviews and bid validation.
• Maintain effective communication with customers to develop future business.
• Operate clear management and lessons learned processes on all projects.
