Job summary

Mace is seeking a Project Manager to lead a Ministry of Justice sector project, working in a consultancy role with the on-site team and wider consultant stakeholders. You will drive delivery from planning through handover, ensuring time, cost, technical performance and quality targets are met.

The role combines on-site leadership (Hull) with regional office collaboration in Leeds, and requires a proactive, client-facing professional committed to safe delivery and collaboration across the project

Qualifications

• Previous work experience in project management (or equivalent).
• Developed communication, presentation and project planning and development skills.
• Developed budgetary oversight expertise.

Responsibilities

• Determining project management, technical services and external resources required for project/s.
• Delivering project objectives in line with the Project Execution Plan and leading the project team.
• Monitoring health, safety and wellbeing aspects of the project.
• Updating and maintaining project plans and timelines.
• Overseeing project timeframes and budgets and highlighting risks and mitigations.
• Coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring quality systems are in place.
