Job description

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Lead Project Manager who can quickly integrate into our team and collaborate effectively with stakeholders. Prior experience in Data platform build projects and knowledge of data engineering concepts is advantageous.
The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of the Service Experience and Technology Transformation programme (SETT), which aims to transform our services for members in partnership with Scheme Administration partners, TCS. A new contract with TCS begins in July 2025, and the team is managing an implementation programme that will shape future operations. Additionally, the candidate will be involved in projects aligned with the Nest Corporate Strategy.

Department Overview

The Lead Project Manager is part of the Scheme Change Programmes Team, responsible for implementing technology, service, organizational, and operational changes in a controlled, timely, and commercial manner. The team operates within the wider Change Programmes & Service Management Directorate, led by the COO.

Responsibilities include:

  • Configuration Management
  • Providing project management guidance across Nest

The team also supports the CEO and Executive Team with governance preparations.
