These plans ensure we deliver sustainable, reliable water resources for our customers while meeting regulatory requirements and planning for the future.
We’re now looking for a Lead Project Manager to coordinate the delivery of the WRMP 2029 for Severn Trent and Hafren Dyfrdwy. This includes managing our contributions to the Water Resources West regional plan, ensuring the delivery of high-quality outputs while navigating complex regulatory and operational challenges.

As Lead Project Manager, you’ll oversee the successful delivery of our statutory WRMP 2029 programme. This includes coordinating inputs from various technical workstreams, managing stakeholder relationships with regulators and regional planning groups, and ensuring alignment with other Severn Trent teams.
This role demands a hands-on approach to problem-solving, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to balance strategic objectives with operational priorities. You will report to the Asset Strategy lead and be pivotal in determining the best solutions for the WRMP delivery.

Familiarity with regulatory requirements and health and safety regulations is essential, as is experience in budget planning and control.
Additionally, strong IT skills and the ability to interpret and present management information effectively are key to success in this role. The right character, positivity, and a caring attitude are equally important.
