Lead Project Manager - Digital Transformation

VIQU has partnered with a leading FTSE100 company seeking a Lead Project Manager to support an ongoing digital transformation. The successful candidate will directly manage a team of four project managers, focusing on Application (ERP/SaaS) and Infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage a team of four project engineers, fostering development, setting KPIs, conducting 1-2-1 meetings, and ensuring project delivery.
2. Standardize project management processes and establish a clear delivery framework.
3. Ensure adherence to best practices across projects.
4. Support complex Application and Infrastructure projects, tracking timelines, risks, and budgets.
5. Manage relationships with senior stakeholders.

Requirements:

1. Experience in managing a team of project managers, particularly on complex technical projects.
2. Experience implementing standardized project management processes or establishing a Centre of Excellence.
3. Proven track record delivering complex technical projects focusing on application delivery and IT infrastructure.
4. Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
5. Strong communication skills with the ability to gain stakeholder buy-in.

Details:

Location: Cheltenham (one day a week)

Salary: Up to £80,000 base plus bonus
