Job summary

SRG in Bath is recruiting for a senior leadership role to guide a multidisciplinary team in bioprocess and biotech engineering. You will lead, develop and motivate engineers, scientists and technical specialists to deliver complex R&D and manufacturing programmes.

You will build a high-performing culture, manage multiple workstreams with budgets and timelines, engage with senior stakeholders and external partners, and support scale-up and commercialisation of innovative technologies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and managing technical or engineering teams.
• Strong track record of people management, coaching and team development.
• Experience delivering complex engineering, manufacturing, R&D or technology-led projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Degree qualified in Engineering.
• Degree in Bioengineering, Bioprocess Engineering, Biochemical Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience within biotechnology, life sciences, bioprocessing or advanced manufacturing environments.
• Chartered Engineer status or recognised leadership qualification.
