Job summary

Cure Talent Ltd is seeking a technically minded Project Manager to deliver customer projects within a fast-paced SME environment in Nottingham. The role focuses on guiding projects from initiation to completion while collaborating with Engineering, R&D, Operations, Quality and Finance teams.

You will drive improvements across project delivery processes and systems and support ERP implementation in a regulated quality environment, contributing to ongoing quality system development.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years' project management experience in engineering/manufacturing/MedTech or similar.
• Experience delivering complex technical products or projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing multiple customer-facing and internal projects from initiation through to delivery.
• Coordinating cross-functional teams including Engineering, R&D, Operations, Quality, Procurement and Finance.
• Managing project plans, risks, actions, milestones and stakeholder communications.
• Supporting customer meetings, reporting and project updates.
• Driving continuous improvement across project delivery processes and systems.
• Supporting ERP implementation and wider operational improvement initiatives.
• Working within a regulated quality environment and contributing towards future quality system development.

As the business continues to grow, they're looking to appoint a Project Manager to help deliver customer projects while driving improvements across operations and project delivery.

What you'll be doing:
