Job summary

TECOSIM UK is seeking four experienced Lead / Project Engineers to support Current Model Production (CMP) activities at the Crewe site. You will lead engineering changes, coordinate validation, and deliver production improvements across premium vehicle programmes.

The role requires strong technical leadership in Body Hardware/Exterior Trim, Interior Systems or Seating, with 4–5 years of automotive programme experience and fluent English. UK residency preferred for on-site work in Crewe.

Qualifications

4-5 years of experience supporting automotive vehicle programmes.
Experience in Current Model Production (CMP) or production support environments.
Proven engineering change management and issue resolution experience.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate engineering activities within the CMP commodity area.
Manage engineering changes from issue through to implementation and release.
Develop containment actions and permanent corrective solutions.
Conduct root cause investigations and support issue resolution.
Prepare and participate in project meetings with cross-functional teams.
Define and deliver prototype builds, validation activities and production line trials.
