The successful candidate will lead from inception through to completion, balance schedule, commercial risk and client expectations, and manage a high-performing site team and supply chain to deliver on time and within

Qualifications

• Proven track record of managing a data centre project as No. 1, value ≥ £90 million.
• Experience leading a major project from inception to completion.
• Comfortable making decisions, protecting the contract, and identifying risk early.
• Commercially astute with collaborative leadership and hands-on site involvement.
