Job summary

ALTEN is seeking a senior Engineering/Project Lead in London to drive technical responsibility on large-scale, fixed-price programs. You will manage customer expectations, organize project resources, and ensure delivery within Time Cost Quality constraints, while coaching teams and coordinating with external committees.

Candidates should have 10+ years in engineering and a strong technical project management background, with willingness to obtain BPSS/Security Clearance as part of onboarding.

Qualifications

• Energy industry background essential.
• Technical project management experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management.
• Coaching and leading project teams autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships and ensure delivery against time, cost and quality objectives.
• Lead and coach project teams; validate resources and training needs.
• Support project leader with planning, risk, and delivery scheduling; approve plans and processes.
• Oversee production and estimation in project forms; manage margins and monthly reports.
