Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Project Controls Consultant to lead planning, integration and control of complex energy projects across their full lifecycle.

You will design, implement and improve project control systems and governance, while mentoring colleagues and delivering portfolio insights through dashboards.

This role requires strong IT skills, client engagement and the ability to work across multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of project controls delivery across energy programmes.
• Experience leading teams with minimal supervision and good judgement.
• Strong communication with client teams and stakeholders.
• Understanding of project/programme management and engineering environments.
• Proficient IT skills, including Excel and Office 365; familiarity with planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, integration and control of complex energy projects across full lifecycle.
• Review data, schedules and forecasting activities to drive insights.
• Design and improve project control systems, governance and digital tools.
• Manage information strategies within Common Data Environments and ensure data quality.
• Support risk management activities including identification and mitigation.
• Oversee cost control processes including budget development and earned value.
• Facilitate planning sessions and stakeholder workshops.
• Provide portfolio level insights via KPIs and dashboards.
• Promote use of digital tools and predictive analytics for decision making.
