Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Project Controls Consultant to lead controls across major energy programmes. You will mentor junior colleagues, apply commercial judgment and shape governance and digital tool usage.

Role requires degree or equivalent, strong IT skills (Excel/Office 365) and experience with Power BI/Tableau for reporting and analytics. You will work with client teams and senior stakeholders to deliver high quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree or HND or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven ability to lead project controls delivery with limited supervision.
• Strong communication skills and client engagement capability.
• Experience in design, engineering or construction environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, integration and control of complex energy projects across full lifecycle.
• Review data, schedules and forecasting, ensuring data quality and governance.
• Design and improve project control systems and digital tools.
• Manage information strategies within common data environments.
• Support risk management with identification, assessment and mitigation.
• Oversee cost control, budgeting, forecasting and EVA integration.
• Facilitate workshops to align delivery teams and resolve constraints.
• Provide portfolio insight through reporting and KPI dashboards.
• Champion digital tools and predictive analytics for decision making.
