Job summary

Amex GBT in the United Kingdom is seeking a Productivity Tools and Collaboration Engineer to own the operation and governance of enterprise SaaS platforms like Smartsheet, Monday.com and Adobe suite. You will supervise admin, licensing, security governance and escalated support across vendors and business owners.

You'll partner with Information Security, Procurement and Legal to keep platforms secure and well run while driving automation and improvements through APIs and scripting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technology roles with hands-on administration of enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Experience with identity and access concepts: SSO, SAML/OIDC, SCIM, RBAC and joiner/mover/leaver processes.
• Proven license management and renewal support experience.
• Strong written and spoken communication with ability to guide colleagues on security and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day administration of Smartsheet, Monday.com, Adobe and related platforms, including tenant configuration, roles and integrations.
• Manage user lifecycle through SSO and automated provisioning (SCIM).
• Monitor platform health, communicate changes, and maintain runbooks and knowledge articles.
• Own license allocation, reclamation, and cost reporting; collaborate on renewals and forecasting.
• Act as Tier 3 escalation for ITSM incidents and work with vendors toward resolution.
• Apply security standards, run access reviews, and support vendor risk management activities.
• Identify opportunities to automate routine tasks using native tooling, APIs or scripting.
