Job summary

Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is seeking a Global Product Director for Productivity Tools. You will define the long‑term vision and multi‑year roadmap for a portfolio of PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Adobe products, and related add‑ins across Windows, Mac, and mobile platforms.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, collaborate with Engineering, Security, UX, and Operations, and drive data‑driven decisions to improve user experience, reliability, and adoption at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of enterprise software or digital workplace products.
• Experience influencing engineering, architecture, security, UX, and business stakeholders without formal authority.
• Proven ability to translate user needs into strategic roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the long-term product vision and multi-year roadmap for Productivity Tools.
• Develop a clear strategy balancing user experience, security, and business value across 20+ products.
• Lead product evolution across Windows, Mac, and mobile platforms with focus on reliability and adoption.
• Engage with consultants, functions, leadership, and support teams to translate insights into backlogs.
• Drive product decisions using telemetry, analytics, and customer insights to improve outcomes.
• Establish success metrics and continuously evaluate KPIs and usage analytics.
• Partner with Engineering, Architecture, UX, Security, Platform Engineering, and Operations.
• Champion automation across lifecycle management, governance, and deployment processes.
• Lead lifecycle activities including updates, releases, and vendor engagement.
• Provide leadership for a squad of ~10 professionals and mentor a Product Analyst.
