Today, we help clients with total transformation‑inspiring complex change, enabling organizations to grow, building competitive advantage, and driving bottom‑line impact.
The Global Product Director – Productivity Tools leads the strategy, vision, and delivery of BCG’s global Productivity Tools portfolio. This portfolio supports some of the firm’s most widely used applications - including Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, OneNote, Adobe products, and productivity add‑ins such as think‑cell and Efficient Elements, across Windows, Mac, and mobile platforms. You will ensure these products remain secure, modern, reliable, and intuitive, enabling thousands of BCGers to work more effectively every day.
You’ll be part of Tech@BCG, working within a global product organization responsible for delivering the digital workplace experiences that enable BCGers to do their best work every day. You’ll also collaborate extensively with Microsoft, Adobe, and other strategic technology partners, as well as business stakeholders across BCG’s global offices. Regular engagement with consultants, business functions, and leadership teams will be central to understanding evolving user needs, validating product direction, and ensuring the Productivity Tools portfolio continues to deliver measurable value across the firm.
At BCG, our people and relationships are at the heart of everything we do. We believe that in‑person collaboration plays an important role in our culture, mentorship, and professional development.
For this role, you will generally be expected to work from a BCG office or in person with clients on a regular basis (typically around 50% of working time), depending on business needs and in line with local policies and practices.
We aim to provide a dynamic and collaborative environment that fosters connection and teamwork
