Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience managing applications or infrastructure in large-scale environments on premises and in public cloud.
• Proficient in observability and monitoring tools and techniques.
• Experience executing ITIL framework processes.

Responsibilities

• Join a team providing end-to-end service delivery for business operations.
• Execute policies ensuring operational stability and availability.
• Monitor production environments for anomalies and drive evolution of observability tools.
• Escalate and communicate issues to stakeholders, guiding incident resolution to service restoration.
