Job summary

THG Manufacturing's Brighter Foods site in Tywyn seeks a proactive Technical Manager to lead food safety, quality assurance, and compliance across operations. You will uphold the highest standards to ensure every product is safe, high quality, and meets regulatory and customer expectations.

You will develop and manage the Site QMS, drive continuous improvement, lead a high-performing technical team, and coordinate third-party audits while staying abreast of evolving standards and industry best

Qualifications

• A proven track record in Quality Systems Management and technical leadership within food manufacturing.
• Experience managing third-party audits and technical visits, ideally within a BRC-accredited facility.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with a focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site’s food safety and quality agenda, driving a culture of excellence across technical functions.
• Own and maintain the Site Quality Management System (QMS) ensuring compliance with legislation and retailer standards.
