Job summary

Kingdom Services Group Ltd is seeking a Production Supervisor for a busy food packaging manufacturing site in the United Kingdom. You will organise and motivate production staff, ensuring targets are met and maintaining high standards across food safety, quality, health and safety and environmental procedures.

You will oversee day-to-day running, collaborate with engineering, stock control and warehouse teams, identify improvements, train staff and ensure briefs are followed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong people-management and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day running of the production team to meet targets.
• Supervise the manufacture of food packaging products.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, safety and environmental standards.
• Complete production checks and maintain records including timesheets and software.
• Work with engineering, stock control and warehouse teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve lines and processes.
• Train and support production staff; ensure briefs are followed.
