Job summary

Oliver Bernard is seeking a Production / Application Support Team Lead in central London to ensure reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of the platform stack. This is a leadership role that remains highly technical and hands-on, with ownership of operations, engineering interfaces, and partnership with external partners.

You will lead a team of support and platform engineers, define strategy, improve processes, and scale platforms to support expanding business operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Production, Application Support, Platform, DevOps or similar role.
• Knowledge of scripting or an object‑oriented programming language.
• SQL and database experience.
• Proficiency in configuration management, automation and orchestration tools.
• Good knowledge of tools such as AWS, Terraform and Docker
• Knowledge of APIs and microservices is desirable.
• Experience leading others and being the “go to”, senior, in a team
