Job summary

Roxel is recruiting a Production Technical Manager to provide technical leadership across production and in-service products. You will ensure robust engineering change management, drive timely issue resolution, and coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Programmes and Supply Chain.

The role includes coaching engineers and leading continuous improvement in a highly regulated environment. You will work closely with the Chief Engineer and Head of Engineering to maintain technical

Qualifications

• Significant engineering experience within Aerospace or highly regulated manufacturing.
• Experience supporting products through manufacture and into service.
• Strong understanding of engineering change management and configuration control.
• Experience leading investigations into complex technical and production issues.
• Demonstrable experience managing engineering stakeholders across multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for production products and resolve complex challenges affecting manufacturing and product performance.
• Act as engineering focal point for issues during manufacture, assembly, integration and support.
• Line manage engineers within the production technical support team and support recruitment.
• Provide technical direction across multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality solutions.
• Lead technical support for embodiment of product design production change management activities.
• Lead In-Service Surveillance activities and deliver customer technical outputs.
• Build relationships across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Operations, Programmes and Supply Chain.
