Job summary

Leonardo is seeking a Lead Project Manager to own the Products Portfolio within the Precision Guidance IPT. You will lead multiple world-class product lines for UK MoD, delivering long-term plans and ensuring time, cost and quality targets are met across a hybrid Basildon-based role.

You will apply governance, manage forecasts, and drive commercial outcomes with leadership across functions, while mentoring project teams and supporting bids to win business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex projects and programmes.
• Strong product line management expertise, including roadmap development.
• Commercial acumen with forecasting and cost control, P&L responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Own, define and deliver long-term product plans across functions.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects to time, cost and quality.
• Own product lifecycle governance and forecast/reporting cycles.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the product line.
• Support bids and campaigns to increase PWIN across the portfolio.
• Coach and mentor project management team members.
