Job summary

Spencer Rose Ltd is seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the migration of Credit Cards, Sales and Acquisition journeys from on-premises infrastructure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This urgent 6-month contract starts ASAP with a Chester-based role requiring 2 days onsite per week.

You will collaborate with business management to gather and prioritise requirements, convert them into actionable user stories, and drive delivery with a dedicated feature team while minimising customer

Qualifications

• Proven Product Owner experience in banking or financial services.
• Experience with Agile delivery and backlog management.
• Experience with cloud migration programs, preferably GCP.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and prioritise business and technical requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories and a prioritised product backlog.
• Communicate requirements to the feature team and ensure clarity of scope and outcomes.
• Enable the team to work independently by resolving blockers and managing dependencies.
• Align delivery priorities with migration milestones and customer expectations.
