Job summary

Natterbox is seeking a product leader to own the Conversational AI and Agents track, guiding its roadmaps and collaborating closely with engineering and GTM. The role focuses on building an extensible builder platform with a premium UX for customers and partners.

You'll work in a small, senior product team with a flat structure, based in the UK, delivering measurable commercial outcomes as the track ships while prioritising design-led decision-making.

Qualifications

• Shipped conversational-AI or agent products to market as the builder
• Built products on, or integrated with, a CRM (Salesforce preferred)
• Commitment to design-led product development and good UX
• Hands-on ownership and direct track ownership over pure strategy

Responsibilities

• Own the Conversational AI and Agents track end-to-end, from discovery to delivery with engineering
• Drive platform extensibility and ensure a strong builder UX
• Deliver commercial and user outcomes once the track ships
