Job summary

Consortia in London is seeking a Product Lead to own the advisor platform from MVP to scale. You will be a hands-on builder who translates ambitious vision into shippable product, partnering with engineering to ship value quickly.

You will lead and mentor a junior Product Manager, embed AI workflows including LLMs and retrieval, and drive metrics-driven prioritisation while collaborating across UX, data, and APIs in a UK-timezone team.

Qualifications

• Significant end-to-end product management experience from discovery through launch and optimisation.
• Hands-on builder with prototyping or development experience using AI-assisted tools.
• Strong technical judgement across APIs, data platforms and cloud-native architecture.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product strategy, roadmap and day-to-day execution for the advisor platform, turning leadership’s vision and customer insight into clear, shippable outcomes.
• Strengthen the MVP from 0–1 through launch and iteration for robustness and scalability.
• Prototype with AI-assisted tools to rapidly turn ideas into working product experiences.
