Qualifications

• Strong Senior Product Manager experience in a customer-led, digital product or growth environment.
• Evidence of improving customer journeys and delivering measurable commercial or growth outcomes.
• Experience using experimentation, customer insight and product data to identify opportunities and inform prioritisation.
• Ability to build compelling business cases and make trade-offs between customer, commercial and delivery considerations.

Responsibilities

• Shape and own a product strategy and roadmap focused on improving customer experience and delivering sustainable growth.
• Identify opportunities across the customer journey using insight and performance data.
• Lead experimentation across digital experiences and scale successful tests.
• Develop understanding of customer behaviour, needs and friction points across web and apps.
• Build clear commercial cases for investment balancing customer value and business priorities.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Commercial and Marketing to deliver outcomes.
• Influence stakeholders and align priorities across teams.
• Lead initiatives from discovery to delivery and optimisation focusing on outcomes.
