About the role:

We are seeking an innovative and strategic Product Lead with practical UX skills to join our amazing team at OpenServ. This senior role is crucial in defining and driving the product vision, strategy, and execution. As a Product Lead, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-agent driven solutions that exceed the industry standard and meet the needs of our diverse user base. You will be responsible for the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring our platform continuously evolves to provide exceptional value and a best-in-class user experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy aligned with the company’s goals. Identify market opportunities and develop product roadmaps that capitalize on these opportunities.
2. Best-in-Class User Experience: Champion the user experience as the top priority, ensuring a flawless, user-centric design throughout the product lifecycle that is fully optimized for global adoption.
3. Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver products that meet user needs and business objectives. Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
4. User-Centered Development: Conduct market research and user interviews to gather insights. Translate user needs into product features and improvements that enhance user satisfaction and engagement.
5. Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that align with the strategic vision.
6. Lean Startup Methodology: Utilize lean startup principles, including rapid iterations, MVP development, and pivoting based on user feedback and market demand.
7. Technical Collaboration: Work closely with AI developers to ensure the platform’s capabilities align with the latest advancements in AI technology.
8. Regulatory and Ethical Considerations: Understand and address the regulatory and ethical considerations unique to deploying AI solutions at scale.
9. Community Building: Build and nurture a community of AI developers and users, creating a vibrant ecosystem around the platform.
10. Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the platform and make data-driven decisions.

10. Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
