Job summary

Fyxer is seeking a Lead Product Designer to own the design voice as the first senior design hire. You’ll shape AI-native workflows and craft interfaces where the AI does real work, collaborating closely with engineers and the Head of Product.

You’ll lead from day one, translating user insights into thoughtful experiences, maintain design systems, and drive fast, rigorous iteration in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing in high-growth environments.
• Ability to converse with engineers beyond handoffs.
• You run user research and defend decisions with data.
• You move fast and leverage AI tools to unblock the team.
