Fyxer Limited is building an AI executive assistant that handles emails, scheduling and follow-up. We seek a full-stack product thinker who drives vision and strategy for a product domain alongside our product, growth and leadership teams to learn fast and decide better.

You will own the quality of our product bets, work with engineers from the start of initiatives, and relentlessly pursue faster learning with strong judgment and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Expert in your domain specialization.
• Systems thinker: understand customer journeys, funnels, and feedback loops.
• Engineering partner: work closely with engineers and founders, translating user insight into clear problem framing.
• Decision oriented: know when there is enough signal to move and help others clarify thinking.
• Capability builder: design product systems that learn and scale over time.

Responsibilities

• Turn ambiguity into direction. Translate signals from customers, product data, and the market into clear problem framing and strategy.
• Work directly with engineers and founders to shape solutions rather than handing over specs.
• Use interviews, prototypes, experiments, product analytics, fake doors, usability testing, and behavioural analysis to validate ideas and reduce risk.
• Ship, learn, and iterate quickly from idea to shipped product with measurable outcomes.
• Raise the bar of product thinking by coaching others and introducing scalable learning frameworks.
