Fanatics Betting & Gaming is seeking a production lead for paid advertising content across video, photo, and motion formats. You will manage day-to-day production, from brief to final delivery, across multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires 4–6 years producing paid advertising, strong budgeting, and knowledge of usage rights, with Airtable and major platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) in scope. You will help scale production while maintaining quality and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• 4–6 years producing paid advertising, performance marketing content, or integrated ad campaigns.
• Experience managing productions from creative development through final delivery.
• Proven budget ownership on productions of meaningful scale.
• Knowledge of usage rights, talent contracts, music licensing, and media running-rights terms.
• Strong organizational and project management skills across multiple simultaneous productions.

Aufgaben

• Translate creative concepts and briefs into actionable production plans with timelines and budgets.
• Manage day-to-day production of AV assets across paid advertising campaigns.
• Produce video and photo shoots end-to-end: pre-production, on-set, post, delivery.
• Own production for paid campaign creative at scale, ensuring consistency across variants.
• Build and manage production budgets and report spend against plan.
• Source and manage production companies, directors, crew, studios, editors, and talent.
• Coordinate logistics: locations, talent, wardrobe, permits, schedules.
• Manage talent bookings with Legal, including usage rights and renewals.
• Oversee post-production workflow: edit, grade, sound, versioning, platform cuts.
• Ensure productions meet advertising standards and state-specific regulations.
