Job summary

Catalent Pharma Solutions in Swindon, UK invites a Senior Technologist to lead product transfers and process development, ensuring successful introductions, optimizing manufacturing, and maintaining GMP compliance. You will train teams, manage priorities, communicate with clients, and support operational excellence.

This role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 100% onsite at Swindon. The successful candidate will contribute to product quality and patient safety within a collaborative

Qualifications

• Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience within pharmaceutical manufacturing, product development, or life sciences.
• Knowledge of oral solid dosage (OSD) formulation and manufacturing processes.
• Understanding of process scale-up, technology transfer, and GMP environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead product transfers, process development, and validation activities to ensure successful product introduction.
• Develop process specifications, optimize manufacturing processes, and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide technical expertise to resolve process issues and improve operational performance.
• Ensure equipment, processes, and documentation meet GMP, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Manage project priorities and resources to achieve objectives and timelines.
• Train and support manufacturing teams on new processes and ensure training compliance.
• Act as a key client contact, providing technical updates and stakeholder communication.
