Job summary

Catalent Swindon seeks a Senior Technologist to lead critical product transfers and development activities, ensuring successful introductions and optimized manufacturing processes. The role requires technical leadership, prioritisation, and strict adherence to GMP and regulatory standards.

Based in Swindon, the candidate will drive process improvements, resolve issues, and train teams while acting as a key client contact and stakeholder communicator within Catalent’s global network.

Qualifications

• Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or life sciences.
• Knowledge of OSD formulation and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead product transfers, process development and validation activities.
• Develop process specifications and optimise manufacturing processes.
• Provide technical expertise to resolve process issues and improve performance.
• Ensure GMP, regulatory and quality standards are met.
• Manage project priorities and resources to meet timelines.
• Train and support manufacturing teams on new processes.
