Job summary

Catalent Swindon is seeking a Senior Technologist to lead critical product transfers and process development, ensuring successful introductions and regulatory compliance.

You will optimize manufacturing, provide technical leadership, train teams, and act as primary technical contact for clients.

Qualifications

• Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field.
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or life sciences.
• Knowledge of oral solid dosage (OSD) formulation and manufacturing processes.
• Understanding of GMP environments and scale-up.

Responsibilities

• Lead product transfers and process development to ensure successful introductions.
• Develop process specifications and optimize manufacturing processes.
• Provide technical expertise to resolve process issues and improve performance.
• Ensure GMP compliance, regulatory, and quality standards for equipment and processes.
• Manage project priorities and allocate resources to meet timelines.
• Train manufacturing teams on new processes and ensure training compliance.
• Communicate with clients through reports and stakeholder updates.
