What will you be doing as our new Lead Process Engineer?
As a Lead Process Engineer, you will provide technical direction to discipline engineers working on water treatment and supply projects. Your role involves supporting the design of water treatment and supply schemes, ensuring compliance with legislation and standards.
You will collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to ensure solutions offer the best value, are fit for purpose, and are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
You will review process design deliverables from other engineers within the @one Alliance, ensure adherence to processes and procedures, and mentor junior engineers.

Skills, experience, and behaviors:
Applicants should hold a Degree in Engineering or equivalent, or demonstrate relevant experience. Chartered status or active pursuit thereof is preferred, with experience in water-sector assets and project design or build environments.
Proven mentoring skills and a track record of coaching junior engineers are essential. This role offers an exciting opportunity for those with a strong academic and professional background to contribute meaningfully to our team.
