What will you be doing as our new Lead Process Engineer?
As a Lead Process Engineer in our Place Based Thinking team, you will provide technical direction to discipline engineers in water or water recycling non-infrastructure projects. Your role involves supporting design for various non-infrastructure schemes, ensuring compliance with legislation and standards.
You will review process design deliverables, ensure adherence to processes and procedures, and mentor junior engineers. Collaboration with stakeholders and project teams will be key to delivering value, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Applicants should have a Degree in Engineering or equivalent, or demonstrate equivalent knowledge through experience. Experience in water-sector assets and large water recycling projects is essential.
A proven track record in mentoring and coaching junior engineers is required. This role is ideal for someone with a strong academic background, professional credentials, and practical experience eager to contribute to our team.
