What will you be doing as our new Lead Process Engineer?

As a Lead Process Engineer in our Place Based Thinking team, you will provide technical direction to discipline engineers in water or water recycling non-infrastructure projects. Your role involves providing design support for various schemes, ensuring compliance with legislation and standards.

You will review process design deliverables, ensure adherence to processes and procedures, and mentor junior engineers. Collaboration with stakeholders and project teams will be key to delivering value, quality, and timeliness.

Key responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with Principal Engineer, Portfolio Design Manager, and project Design Managers on project reviews.
2. Review Process and Instrumentation drawings and 3D models for quality and safety.
3. Verify project design calculations.
4. Promote sustainability and low-carbon designs.
5. Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
6. Develop design alerts and lessons learned.
7. Contribute technical knowledge to @One frameworks.
8. Conduct site visits as needed.
9. Share lessons learned and technical updates with the team.
10. Embrace digital technologies for 3D modeling.

Skills, experience, and behaviors:

Applicants should possess a Degree in Engineering or equivalent, with experience in water-sector assets and large water recycling projects. Proven mentoring and coaching skills are essential.
