Job summary

Clayton Legal is seeking a Probate Solicitor or Fee Earner with 3+ years' experience to take ownership of their caseload and build a client base. You will advise on Wills, LPAs, Probate and Administration of Estates, with exposure to Court of Protection matters and the Mental Capacity Act.

Qualifications

• Solicitor or qualified CILEX with at least 3 years' relevant experience.
• Strong experience across Wills, LPAs and Probate/Administration of Estates.
• Good knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act; Court of Protection experience is advantageous.
• STEP accreditation would be desirable.
• A genuine interest in developing your career within Private Client.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload and advise clients across Wills, LPAs, Probate and Administration of Estates.
• Exposure to Court of Protection matters and the Mental Capacity Act.
• Work independently, manage deadlines and deliver a professional, personable service, with backing from an experienced team.
