Job summary
NFU Mutual is seeking a Lead Pricing & Modelling Analyst in Stratford-upon-Avon to support the development and maintenance of GI pricing models for Home insurance. You will analyze data, monitor performance and validate models while collaborating with Pricing and Underwriting to improve rating structures.
The role offers up to 80% remote work with 20% in the Stratford-upon-Avon office, a strong benefits package and an emphasis on work-life balance.
Qualifications
- Experience within General Insurance pricing and modelling is beneficial.
- Pricing analysis, modelling techniques and statistical analysis experience required.
- Experience checking, monitoring and analysing complex data.
- Knowledge of coding/analytical tools: R, Emblem or Python; SQL or Radar desirable.
Responsibilities
- Undertake pricing analysis, performance monitoring and model validation for Home/GI pricing.
- Support development, enhancement and maintenance of General Insurance pricing models.
- Collaborate with Pricing and Underwriting to refine rating structures and pricing solutions.
