NFU Mutual is offering a Pricing Analyst Graduate Scheme in Stratford-upon-Avon, starting September 2027. The three-year program blends data analysis with pricing modelling and business insight, supported by mentoring and a structured development plan.

Pricing plays a key role in setting the cost of our insurance policies. The team uses data, insight and analysis to understand risk, predict trends and ensure premiums are fair and competitive. By balancing customer needs with business goals, they help NFU Mutual stay profitable while offering great value to our customers. Our Pricing team is forward-thinking and innovative. They use tools such as predictive modelling, machine learning and advanced data analytics to support commercial growth projects, trend analysis, street pricing and market benchmarking. They're also involved in strategic internal initiatives, helping shape the future of our business. When you join our Pricing Analyst Graduate Scheme, you'll be part of a supportive culture and a strong graduate community from day one. Please note this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship as it does not fulfil the criteria set by the Home Office. This is a three-year programme. Candidates must have, or be able to obtain, permission to work in the UK in a way that enables them to undertake the role and complete the programme. What you can expect

• Extracting, cleaning and analysing data to support pricing models
• Carrying out detailed analysis, such as performance testing and finding the causes of issues, to help improve our data and models
• Refining and running pricing models, then reporting results to support business decisions
• Developing rating logic to help achieve effective pricing outcomes
• Implementing quality control processes to ensure our models and data deliver the expected results
• Preparing reports, sharing findings, answering queries and taking ownership of follow-up actions
• Providing excellent service to both the team and business stakeholders

You’ll need to achieve at least a 2:1 degree. We welcome applications from a wide range of degree subjects, not just STEM. This scheme could suit you if your studies have helped you develop confidence working with numbers, analysing information or solving problems. This could include subjects such as economics, business, finance, geography, psychology, politics, sociology, history or linguistics. Most importantly, you'll be curious, motivated and keen to learn.

If you can bring these qualities, we can help you develop the rest. Work experience – industry experience or a placement year would be a real advantage, but it isn’t essential.
