Role and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be a well-qualified, excellent practitioner capable of leading, managing, and developing the provision of teaching and learning across the school. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Monitoring, analysis, and evaluation of teaching practices
  2. Collaborating with senior leaders to enhance classroom practices through coaching, learning walks, and observations
  3. Refining lesson planning and curriculum delivery to improve engagement and attainment
  4. Covering Personal Development, Behaviour, and Attendance (PDBA), with a focus on pastoral support and addressing the needs of the entire year group
