The East Neighbourhood Mental Health Team (NMHT) is a lively multi-disciplinary community-based team. We provide specialist assessment, treatment, and care to working age adults with severe mental illness, based at Brighton General Hospital.
We are looking for a Registered Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or Social Worker with existing experience and knowledge of supporting adults with complex mental health conditions.
This is an exciting time for community mental health services as we transform to a new, integrated, neighbourhood model with our primary care and voluntary sector partners. We are seeking innovative practitioners who can embrace and implement this new model.

A passion for supporting individual recovery goals and working collaboratively with service users, carers, colleagues in the third sector, GPs, and the wider mental health team is essential.
