Job summary

Cornerstone in Irvine is recruiting a Lead Practitioner to lead and inspire a team of Support Practitioners across our Health & Social Care services. The role is full-time (39 hours) and permanent, with regular travel across sites and a requirement to hold a full UK driving licence.

You will mentor staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred care, ensure costs align with budgets, and support service development.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in Health & Social Care settings.
• Knowledge of delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
• Understanding of SSSC codes and professional boundaries.
• Ability to build positive relationships with individuals, families and stakeholders.
• Willingness to pursue SVQ7 and PDA in management with training support.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of Support Practitioners in Irvine.
• Mentor staff to ensure professional, accountable and high-quality care.
• Help manage service budgets and adhere to contractual requirements.
• Cover diverse areas with travel, driver licence and expenses per policy.
• Collaborate with Service Lead to support service development and partnerships.
