Job summary

Cornerstone is recruiting a Lead Practitioner to guide and mentor a team of Support Practitioners in Irvine. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, person-centred care while ensuring services run within budget and in line with contractual requirements.

You will support service improvement, develop colleagues and maintain relationships with service users and families. A full UK driving licence is preferred for travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Experience of managing people and teams.
• Knowledge of running an effective service within Health & Social Care.
• Passion for delivering high quality, person-centred care and support.
• Solid understanding of SSSC Codes of Practice and Health & Social Care Standards.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with service users, families and stakeholders.
• Ability to lead others and collaborate across teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to achieving SVQ Level 7 and PDA in management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of Support Practitioners in Irvine.
• Support teams to deliver high quality care and support within budgets and contracts.
• Provide guidance, coaching and development opportunities.
• Travel may be required; driving licence and access to own car preferred.
• Contribute to service improvements and regulatory compliance.
