We are seeking an outstanding and inspiring Lead Practitioner for English (Head of Department) to lead a successful and collaborative department in our welcoming secondary school in Hertfordshire, starting in September 2025.
The ideal candidate will have a proven record of excellent teaching across Key Stages 3 and 4, ideally 5, and demonstrate the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of teachers. You will bring a clear vision for delivering high-quality English provision and achieving outstanding outcomes for students.
