Bank of England in Leeds is seeking a Lead Policy Analyst in the Prudential Policy Directorate to develop and implement policy on reporting and disclosure for banks, leading Pillar 3 disclosures and contributing to the Future Banking Data programme.

You will analyse data and policy implications, prepare strategy papers, and engage stakeholders to shape regulatory reporting practices for banks and insurers across internal teams and external authorities.

Competenze

Experience analysing information from a range of sources to develop practical recommendations to improve processes and outputs to management.
Clear communication skills (in written and oral form) and ability to present information concisely to different audiences.
Ability to make sound judgements with incomplete or conflicting information.
Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively, managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines.

Mansioni

Lead on Pillar 3 disclosure policy for banks and reflect changes in regulatory reporting.
Design improvements to bank regulatory reporting through Future Banking Data programme.
Collaborate with policy teams to assess impact of new prudential policies on reporting and disclosures.
Own and manage queries on bank reporting, supported by analysts.
