The Bank of England is seeking a Lead Policy Analyst at Scale F within the Innovation and Regulatory Policy Team, based in Leeds. You will shape prudential policy for digital money and digital assets within the banking regime and drive policy development on high-profile issues.

You will engage with international bodies, coordinate across policy, supervision and other functions, and influence senior decision-making while delivering timely policy outputs.

Qualificações

• Analytical capability with experience in policy, regulatory or financial-sector issues.
• Ability to communicate complex issues clearly in writing and verbally.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead policy workstreams on innovation, digital assets, and digital money, and the regulatory perimeter.
• Develop policy positions on complex, evolving issues with international standards.
• Engage with domestic and international policy discussions and international forums.
• Represent the PRA/Bank in international groups and influence outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-team input to deliver policy outcomes on digital assets and digital money.
• Build relationships across the Bank, PRA, industry, HM Treasury, FCA and international authorities.
• Coach colleagues to improve policy analysis and delivery.
• Contribute to horizon scanning, innovation and future regulatory frameworks.
