Bank of England in Leeds seeks an experienced Communications professional to lead and deliver communications and engagement activities for the Data and Analytics Transformation agenda. You will partner with programme teams, create content for multiple channels and measure impact.

The role includes coaching a small team and supporting change initiatives. The role emphasizes translating complex data/AI topics into clear messages, working with internal stakeholders, and delivering high-quality

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills across written, verbal and visual formats.
• Experience leading development and delivery of comms plans for internal stakeholders.
• Line management experience (1–2 direct reports).
• Ability to translate stakeholder needs into audience-focused communications.
• Experience supporting change, transformation or programme communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of communication and engagement activities for programmes and strategic initiatives across the Data Sub-Portfolio.
• Partner with programme teams and stakeholders to understand objectives and develop targeted communications approaches.
• Create compelling communications content across intranet articles, presentations, newsletters, videos, campaigns and events.
• Lead the development and implementation of comms plans and measure their effectiveness.
• Provide communications expertise and coaching to colleagues to build capability and ensure best practice.
• Line manage up to two team members and support their development, wellbeing and performance.
