Job summary

SJB Medical seeks an experienced Lead Podiatrist to steer a growing multidisciplinary team in Henley-on-Thames. You will combine advanced podiatric care with leadership, mentoring and clinical governance, shaping patient outcomes while expanding service delivery.

Ideal candidates are HCPC-registered with a BSc in Podiatry, NHS or private practice background, and hold a UK driving licence. The role offers a competitive salary and a strong focus on professional development and quality care.

Qualifications

• HCPC-registered podiatrist
• BSc (Hons) Podiatry or equivalent
• Post-graduate NHS or private practice experience
• Experience managing a wide range of podiatric conditions
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Responsibilities

• Manage a broad caseload including routine and complex podiatric conditions
• Conduct detailed assessments, diagnoses and treatment planning
• Deliver patient-centred care
• Mentor and support junior Podiatrists, Foot Health Practitioners and Assistants
• Lead clinical supervision sessions and case discussions
• Drive continuous improvement through clinical audits and quality initiatives
• Develop policies, procedures and clinical standards
• Act as clinical reference for non-clinical colleagues and management
• Coordinate clinical stock management and support business growth
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment

Hours: Full-Time or 4 Days per week

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 + Bonus
