Job summary

Nottingham City Council is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of major high-rise residential refurbishment, building safety and capital investment projects. You will manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, budget adherence and quality, while coordinating consultants, contractors and residents.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-rise construction/refurbishment projects.
• Knowledge of Building Safety legislation and CDM regulations.
• Ability to manage programmes, budgets and risks.
• Strong stakeholder management with residents and senior leaders.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Contract management experience (NEC/JCT).

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of major high-rise refurbishment and capital projects.
• Manage projects from inception to completion on time and within budget.
• Oversee risk management, budget control and contractor performance.
• Ensure compliance with Building Safety requirements.
• Engage with residents and stakeholders throughout delivery.
