Future Select is recruiting for a Lead Plumber based in St Albans, Hertfordshire. The role focuses on Legionella remediation, water hygiene, and hands-on installation and maintenance of cold water systems.

You will lead a team of technicians, liaise with clients, and ensure compliance with ACOP L8 guidelines. NVQ Level 2 is required, with water hygiene expertise and the ability to travel around the South East.

Qualifications

• Ideal to have extensive water hygiene experience.
• NVQ level 2 as a minimum qualification.
• G3 qualification advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of ACOP L8 guidelines.
• Experience across a mixed portfolio of sites.
• Exceptional client facing skills.
• Proven team leadership and training abilities.
• Extensive plumbing experience essential.

Responsibilities

• Replace and install cold water storage tanks.
• Remove deadlegs and service TMVs.
• Install and refurbish cold water storage tanks.
• 1st and 2nd fixes on plumbing systems.
• Fault finding and recommendations for works.
• Legionella risk assessment when required.

We are currently recruiting for an established Legionella client, who is seeking a keen and highly experienced Lead Plumber based in South East. You will need the NVQ Level 2 and have a good working history for a reputable company. It would be advantageous to have water hygiene experience, but this company can thoroughly train and offer career development and package benefits for a hardworking candidate to travel around South East.
